Return and Exchange Policy

Nishat Bed Store offers a 30-day return or exchange policy for defective or damaged items, change of mind, or any other valid reason. Within this period, customers can choose to return or exchange the product for a new one. If the desired design is not available in stock, we will offer an exchange with another product design of your choice. Customers are responsible for covering the delivery charges for returning or exchanging a product. It is also mandatory to attach the invoice or bill of the purchased product for verification.

Furthermore, all products purchased from Nishat Bed Store can be exchanged or returned within 30 days if:

  • The product is faulty, damaged, or defective.
  • The product delivered does not match the original specifications or fails to be identical to what was purchased.
  • The customer has had a change of mind and no longer wants the product.

If a product is found to be faulty or damaged, the customer must send the defective product back to Nishat Bed Store at their own expense within 30 days of purchase. Upon receipt, Nishat Bed Store will issue a replacement or a refund within 10 to 15 working days.

However, there are certain scenarios where exchanges are not possible, including but not limited to:

  • The exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • The product is damaged due to misuse by the customer.
  • The product has been tampered with.
  • Anything is missing from the package, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
